Mike Herceg - Head Coach
Mr. Herceg is entering his 3rd year as our Head Junior High Coach.  Mike has been a part of the Nazareth Wrestling Program for many years serving as a Varsity Assistant for 3 years and a Midget Coach as well. Mike graduated from Nazareth in 1990 where he was a District Champion, Regional Champion, State Runner Up, and a High School All American.  He was captain of the undefeated dual meet season team of 1990, which saw a final dual meet record of 20-0.  After high school, Mike attended Lock Haven University where he wrestled for 4 years and received a degree in Health and Physical Education.  He currently teaches at Nazareth Area High School and resides in Nazareth with his wife Nicole and 3 children Ryan, Connor, and Morgan.  Mike is looking forward to working with the Junior High team and preparing them for their high school years.  He will be emphasizing team unity, discipline, intensity, and teaching the young boys how to become men in his program.

Justin Haupt - Assistant Coach
Justin is a 1999 graduate of Northampton High School and will be starting his third year coaching at Nazareth.  After graduating from Bloomsburg University in 2004, he served as assistant wrestling coach at Central Columbia High School.  Justin is beginning his 6th year of teaching at Nazareth Middle School.

Steve Rohn - Assistant Coach
Steve graduated from Nazareth in 1998.  As a 4 year varsity wrestler, he was a member of the Nazareth Wrestling teams that were ranked among the top 5 wrestling programs in the country from 1995-1997.  Steve finished his wrestling career with 98 wins.  He ranks among the top Nazareth wrestlers in pin percentage, and hopes to instill that pinning mentality into the future of our program.

Lucas "Rocky" Schoeneberger - Assistant Coach
Lucas is a 2003 graduate of Nazareth Area High School and a 2008 graduate of East Stroudsburg University.  He is an associate teacher at the high school where he helps out in the athletic office.  Rocky coached football at Nazareth for two years.  Currently Coach Schoeneberger is in his fourth year at coaching softball.  He will be entering his second year as assistant softball coach under head coach, Michelle Schoeneberger, his wife.  Throughout high school Rocky participated in football, wrestling, and baseball.  He continued wrestling in college for two years.  This will be his second year as a coach with the Nazareth Wrestling Program.
