What makes these tapes different?

This series of videos was a year in the making, and each tape contains at least 2 hours of valuable information. It is designed to provide an in-depth look at the training, coaching techniques, and drills used in the making of a nationally ranked high school team. It includes the actual practices of the 1996-1997 (ranked 4th Nationally) Nazareth wrestling team. You will be in the room from the first day of practice, until the week before States. Discover why Ray's teams never had a losing season in 34 years. Gain insight into how Ray was able to compile a record of 468-95-7, and why the Blue Eagles were nationally ranked from 1990-97.
