Clinics can be scheduled for the time and location that is most convenient for YOU and/or your wrestlers. Each clinic is CUSTOM DESIGNED.

What makes these clinics different?

The techniques...are "battle-proven" techniques that I teach my wrestlers, along with 'the little things' that make them work for everyone on your team! 'Taught right' these techniques should make a real difference...from your least to the most talented wrestler!

Other topics of instruction for coaches and/or athletes can include:

	An in-season strength training program that has produced truly amazing results documentation available
	Drills and situations
	Ways to give your program exposure and promotion
	Periodization training so your wrestlers are at their peak for the end of the season
	What to address at your preseason coaching staff meeting
	How to create a program that is respected by all including developing team rules, a parents meeting, etc.
	How to evaluate your athletes...AND motivate them at the same time.

Costs:

	$150 (first hour & $75 (each additional hour)
	No charge for up to 1 hour travel time one way
	$30 for 1-2 hours travel one way
	$50 for 2-3 hours travel one way
	$70 for 3-4 hours travel one way
	Travel time based on "mapquest.com"
